Il procedimento disciplinare nel pubblico impiego dopo gli interventi del d.lgs.75/2017 di Nunzia Colosimo

ABSTRACT– This study highlights the changes made by the legislator in 2017 to disciplinar procedures in italian public employment. It does aims to specify operational methods in order to give effective support to employees and public bodies called upon to handle disciplinary requirements and the various phases of the sanctioning procedure also in order to try to avoid the most common errors. For this purpose, various references to law and and doctrine are carried out.
