ABSTRACT – In the general context of migration, a phenomenon is needed that needs to be studied and monitored. The phenomenon of unaccompanied foreign minors who live in an extreme situation of vulnerability due to the fact that they are abandoned and homeless, even unaccompanied minors. It is necessary to question about the capacity of the States to cope mechanisms to face with this phenomenon.
