DI DANIELA TARANTINO
Abstract – Pastoral accompaniment of couples and families, especially that carried out by the lawyer in cases of matrimonial nullity, must not give an easy legal justification for failed marriages, but help the parties to reflect on the journey they have undertaken and to acquire an “anthropological awareness.” The process of matrimonial nullity requires specific skills and attitudes, because the accompaniment must take place in all its stages, so that the party fully understands its meaning. Reflection on marriage as a relational and affective good and the search for the truth objectively contained in it become central themes in a process that is not only an educational place of personal responsibility and rehabilitation in the ecclesial community, but also a place of dialogue and evangelization.
