ABSTRACT – In 2017, after about 90 years from law no. 1766 of 1927, born

with the intent to liquidate all civic uses in the area or to alter its structure

in correspondence with the new ownership model implemented by modern

civil codes, Law no. 168/2017, which instead recognized full dignity and

legal value to collective domains. The new law has in fact declared the

general interest of the community in the conservation of civic uses,

contributing to the preservation of the landscape and the environment,

common goods to be safeguarded also for future generations.
