ABSTRACT – This paper addresses the issue of the unused ecclesiastical goods and its potential for reuse. The study assesses the legal feasibility of collaborative projects between ecclesiastical institutions and Third Sector Entities (TSE) aimed at repurposing these assets for social purposes. Focusing on the legal dimensions, the research explores the viability of shared initiatives as a means of socially oriented redevelopment within the framework of ecclesiastical properties.
