Anarchia e diritto. Una relazione virtuosa

 ABSTRACT – The paper seeks to sketch the outlines of an anarchist philosophy of law within the thought of Piotr Kropotkin. Starting from the research in which the Russian anarchist proposes, against Darwin, a model of coexistence based on mutual aid between individuals, the author analyses the anarchist effort to think of an organisation of a stateless society. Passing through the sociological theories of Ehrlich and the reflections of Tolstoj, the author reconstructs the position held by Kropoktin with regard to complex classical themes of the legal philosophy such as the criminal issue, social justice and the problem of violence.
