ABSTRACT – The forum hosts a juriprudential discussion focused on the possible relationship involving the role and function of lawyers in the legal system, the idea of legal ethics end the concept of law. The paper purpose aims at providing an insight on the various jurisprudential issues that such a topic may raise. In fact, in the following discussion among prominent jurisprudents, different interesting approaches stem out, due to the clever contributions of Mauro Barberis, Luigi Pannarale, Federico Puppo, Aldo Schiavello, Paweł Skuczyński, Isabel Trujillo.
