Emergenza Covid-19: stato dell’arte sulle sperimentazioni e sull’obbligo di vaccinazione

ABSTRACT – Vaccine administration is a highly debated topic not only for purely scientific reasons but also for economic, regulatory and political reasons. The issue of vaccination appears to be very topical, not only for the social problems inherent in the taking of drugs, but also by virtue of the emergency climate that all over the world is facing Covid-19 cause. This paper reconstructs the current legislation on the subject of trials in the light of the emergency Covid-19, the future vaccine’s perspective and the examination of the prophylactic vaccine in Italy through the main jurisprudential rulings. Once we get how the Italian vaccination system works, we need to ask ourselves about the different options that can be activated by the legislator once the vaccine is ready.
