ABSTRACT – The regulatory measures introduced by the Italian government to contain the epidemic risks of coronavirus have profoundly affected the family life of separated couples, making it difficult for children to maintain a stable and continuous relationship with both parents. Thus the question arises of identifying a reasonable balance between the various conflicting values, balancing the right to health of the parties involved with the right/ duty of visit of the non-placement parent and, correlatively, with that of the minor to co-parenting.
