Hacia una crítica feminista de la teoría queer

ABSTRACT – The aim of this article is twofold: to collect the most reiterated
ideas of queer theory, to subject them to critique from the perspective of
feminism and to expose them in an informative way. Readings,
conversations and reflections have resulted in the identification of some of
the theoretical and practical postulates of queer thought and the
formulation of the following critiques: reductionism in the conception of
patriarchy; imprecision of the categories sex and gender; anti-feminist
deconstruction of the category “women” and fragmented and depoliticised
post-feminist subject; paradoxical project of social transformation; abusive
equating of queer theory with intersex and transsexual/transgender people.
