 ABSTRACT – after a short introduction into the brench of the Critical Computational Studies, and into its application to the idea of “law as argumentation”, the paper shows a discussion about the pro and contro of chatbot’s use into the practice of law. In the end, the paper tries to analyze the chatbot’s experiences and categorization for the purpose of offering a scientific discourse’s critical overview, trying to underline some possible (conciliative) ideas about the use and impact of IA for the practice, and the concept, of law
