ABSTRACT – In this contribution, the Authors propose an analysis of Massimo Panebianco’s recent work: Lo Stato post-globale. Ascesa e resistenza dello Stato globale Covid-free (Editoriale Scientifica, Napoli 2020). After pointing out the essential aspect of the book, such as the concept of global State and post-global State, the Authors focus on the pandemic situation and the upheavals it gave rise to, as well as on the necessity of a socio-medical and socio-economic reconstruction thanks to the foundation of a renewed connective and protective institutional network.
