L’impresa agricola tra tradizione e innovazione

 ABSTRACT As two faces of the same medal, agriculture and environment are connected in positive or negative way; for this reason, in the last years, there have been created different strategies in order to preserve both agriculture and environment. Innovative mechanisms of production, not only industrial or manufacturing have been choosen in order to reach high levels of food production saving the environment from pollution. Furthermore the “new” agricultural enterprise appears in this concept as a social enterprise. Agricultural social enterprises use the environment and people in order to create positive change. It is intuitive that such agricultural social enterprises with different legal disciplinary statutes from each “classical enterprise” need a detailed and hermeneutic revision and research for what concern legal profile in order to find a meeting point at “first” and a landmark between the law of “classic enterprise” and that one “agricultural social enterprise”.
