The essay below examines the reasonableness of green passes in the management of health emergency referring to the Republican Constitution with some criticism on the lack of prediction of the general vaccination requirement. In conclusion, therefore, it analyses the difficulty of ascribing to the right of resistance the No Green Pass and No Vax demonstrations.
