ABSTRACT – This paper examines legal aspects of digitalization of religious cultural heritage. Videogames stories are in many cases a digital storytelling of religious traditions. So, this work search for legal tools to promote collaboration between State, religious actors and software house to create videogames for religious cultural heritage.
